Claims Process
If you need to make a warranty claim, here's how the process works.
Report the Issue
Contact our warranty team via WhatsApp or email with your order reference and issue description.
Assessment
We'll review your claim and may request photos or videos to assess the issue remotely.
Return Authorisation
If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions and an RMA number.
Resolution
Upon inspection, we'll process a replacement, repair, or credit as appropriate.
Important Information
Claim Timeframes
Warranty claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for DOA issues or within the warranty period for other defects.
Documentation Required
Please retain your invoice and delivery documentation. Photos or videos may be required.
